VELUM AIR XL

Fast extra protection for compressors

Velum AIR is now also available in the XL version for large format machines.
We are available to assess the needs of individual customers and start customised ad hoc production.

The Velum AIR XL patented system, with its thicker, less porous fabric designed to ensure better airflow and prevent overheating, is specifically designed for compressors, cooling systems and heat exchangers.

Once applied, Velum AIR XL collects and holds dust and dirt in its knitted fabric and ensures the normal intake of fresh, clean air into the machine.

The Velum AIR XL replacement check is visual: when the Velum protective filter is covered by polluting agents, you need to replace it. The Velum can be replaced in 5 seconds and you do not need any specialised manpower, thus avoiding downtime and cutting down maintenance and missed production costs due to the inner filter replacement.

Velum AIR XL is easy to apply and allows to effectively plan the protection of any industrial machine: just write in the appropriate space the date of the last replacement and the name of the operator who carried it out, so as to avoid omissions, downtime or breakdowns due to failure to replace the internal filter or clogging of compressors, cooling systems or heat exchangers.

One Velum AIR XL roll consists of 45 sheets. A few cents a day to protect your investments.
